What's your fee structure? +

Contingent: 18–20% of first-year base. Retained: same total fee structure, split 1/3 upfront, 1/3 mid-search, 1/3 on placement. Embedded: monthly fee based on scope, generally 40–60% below contingent on a per-hire basis at volume. Full detail on the discovery call.

How fast can you start? +

Within 48 hours of a discovery call for contingent and retained searches. Embedded partnerships have a 1–2 week onboarding period to get into your ATS, calibrate with hiring managers, and align on metrics.

Do you work with early-stage startups? +

Yes — frequently. Founding GTM and founding AE searches are among the most consequential hires a company makes. We treat them that way, including adjusting fees when equity-heavy comp structures are involved.

What if you haven't recruited for a role before? +

We'll tell you up front. Most modern tech sales and GTM roles fall within our network. If you're hiring something genuinely novel, we'll either decline cleanly or refer you to a specialist we trust.

How is the embedded model different from RPO? +

Traditional RPO is volume-first and staffed by junior recruiters running scripted processes. Our embedded model places senior recruiters inside your team — closer to a fractional Head of Talent than a body-shop RPO.

Do you handle confidential or stealth searches? +

Yes. Confidential VP/CXO replacements, stealth-mode startup hires, board-mandated successions — all standard. Every engagement is NDA-backed by default.
